Truly unique strings, Savarez 520P1 treble and third strings feature plastic windings over a nylon multi-filament core. Plastic windings provide an improved feel and smoothness to the first three strings, making them play and sound like no other. The bass strings are made by winding pure silver wire over a nylon multi-filament cores. Since all six strings have the same type of core compositon, their voices blend smoothly together in harmony. Together, they have rich and clear sound unlike any other classical guitar string. The trebles ring true and clear, and the basses are full and mellow. Savarez 520P1’s are classified as a “strong tension” string set, meaning they carry a little more tension than regular strings.
